This FAQ is here to help you learn more about my Handmade Baby Gifts UK range, including custom options, shipping details, and how each piece is created with care. Below, you’ll find answers to the most common questions shoppers ask.

Custom and Personalised Orders

I personalise selected items, such as baby bodysuits with names or short phrases, and you can choose the colour of your kit.
If you’d like something extra — like a different rattle colour or a short message on the gift box — send me a message. I’ll confirm whether it’s possible.
Please note: You have one hour after purchase to request changes. After that window, I may not be able to adjust your order.

How Long Do Custom Orders Take?

Every item is handmade, so custom orders take 1–2 working days to make after you confirm the personalisation.
Shipping time depends on your location.
If you need your gift for a special date (like a baby shower), please message me before ordering so I can check availability.

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

Because custom items are made for each buyer, cancellations or changes are only possible within one hour of placing the order.
After production starts, I can no longer adjust or cancel the order.

Can I Return or Exchange a Custom Item?

I want you to be happy with your purchase.
However, personalised items cannot be resold, so I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
Please double-check your personalisation details before confirming your order.

Shipping Information

Shipping times vary depending on the destination.
International buyers should also allow extra time for customs processing.
Please be aware that buyers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes when ordering from outside the UK.

What Will My Final Product Look Like?

Once you send your personalisation details, I can send you an update or a photo of your custom setup if you request it.
If you’d like to approve the setup before shipping, please mention it in your message.
Due to the handmade process and screen/light differences, small variations in colours or textures may occur.

Bulk or Event Orders

Yes — I accept bulk orders for events, gifts, or group purchases.
Send me your details (quantity, deadline, and budget), and I’ll prepare a quote.
Custom branding is also possible and may require extra time or fees.

Do You Make All the Products Yourself?

Yes! I design and hand-make every piece myself — from the crochet items to the vinyl personalisation and the included cards.
